    Nice Express manages customs clearance on behalf of the shipper or consignee, including completing necessary documents and paying any duties or taxes required.
  • How can I calculate shipping costs for my package?
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of the actual or volumetric weight. You can refer to our rate tables by destination zones to determine the cost.
  • Does Nice Express offer insurance for shipments?
    Yes, Nice Express offers insurance that covers the full value of the goods. You must request this service while filling the booking form and pay the applicable premium.
  • What are the maximum dimensions and weight for packages?
    The maximum accepted dimensions are a total of 255 cm for length, width, and height combined. The maximum weight for a single package is 50 kg.
  • Can I track my shipment?
    Yes, you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided at the time of shipping, you can find tracking link in the payment requesting email.
  • What should I use for packaging my shipment?
    We recommend using high-quality cardboard boxes. For convenience, yuupack boxes from your local post office are a good option.
  • What if my package exceeds 50 kg?
    Normally Courier Driver will refuse to pick up shipment exceeding 50kg. In the case packages exceeding 50 kg be shipped, additional charges apply, and special handling fees will be required.
  • How does Nice Express handle package returns?
    We cannot guarantee that a package can be returned if it is already in the process of being transported overseas. If a package is returned, the shipper is responsible for any additional costs incurred during the return process.
  • What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
    In case of loss or damage, you must file a claim within 30 days. Compensation is limited to the declared value or a specified amount per kilogram, depending on the mode of transport.
  • Can I ship to a PO Box?
    No, Nice Express does not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipments must be sent to a physical address.
  • How does volumetric weight affect shipping charges?
    Volumetric weight is calculated by dividing the product of length, width, and height by 5000. The higher value between actual and volumetric weight is used for calculating shipping charges.
  • What should I do if my package is held at customs?
    If your package is held at customs, Nice Express will assist in completing the necessary documentation and communicating with customs authorities. However, any delays or additional charges due to customs clearance are the responsibility of the shipper or consignee.
  • How do I know which zone my destination falls under for shipping rates?
    You can refer to the shipping rate tables provided by Nice Express, which categorize destinations into different zones (e.g., Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3). Each zone corresponds to specific countries and regions, with the shipping rates varying accordingly. Or simply ask our AI shipping assistant to help.
  • Can I request a specific delivery date?
    While Nice Express strives to accommodate delivery preferences, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors like customs clearance, weather, and other unforeseen delays. However, alternative delivery options may be available.

    For oversized items, defined as packages with any dimension exceeding 120 cm, an Oversize Handling Charge will apply. Additionally, if two or more dimensions exceed 120 cm, higher fees may be incurred.
  • Can I ship multiple packages under one waybill?
    Yes, you can ship multiple packages under one waybill. The total weight and dimensions of all packages will be used to calculate the shipping charges.
  • What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?
    If you realize that you have provided the wrong shipping address, contact Nice Express as soon as possible. While efforts will be made to correct the address, there may be additional charges, and success is not guaranteed if the package is already in transit.
